2 onions, chopped

1 kg of beef cut into large pieces
200g of button mushrooms
1l water with two broths
1 teaspoon tomato paste
3 onions peeled and diced
3 carrots, peeled and diced
30g of flour
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
Olive oil, salt and pepper
Brown the meat in a casserole over high heat. Then pour in the carrots and onions, stirring occasionally. Then add the flour and mix before pouring in the stock, garlic, bouquet garni and tomato concentrate. Then add the mushrooms and simmer over a low heat for 1h30.
